How nice to hear from you, and to see that you continue to keep in touch

The experience was undoubtedly very fruitful and has led to new initiatives in social projects that have had an impact and have allowed us to interact with other scholarship holders and venture into community-level management for a more equitable world for women and vulnerable groups.

Thanks to the support of the United States Embassy in Ecuador during these last two years, we have advanced with the latest Project called Citizen Security with a gender and intercultural approach (Winning Project), which has allowed the involvement of local and provincial authorities, academia and The citizenship, we continue working to date, the results have been presented in seminars and congresses through presentations, in order to expand a critical analysis around the security and violence that is experienced today, most affected by the pandemic and migration.

The project strengthened through the Women’s Organization to which I belong is the Project “Young Allies Against Violence, which brings together students from schools in urban and rural areas, coordinated with the local government.
