A Note from MadagascaL

The IVLP program has helped me to progress in my professional life, especially after this one, I continue to teach with a lot of imagination and different approaches, to share the achievements during this program, to make my entourage, colleagues, my family travel to discover the kindness and the warm welcome of the people of this city – and in this case to put into practice what I call leadership in entrepreneurial life.

Leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could as well as providing direction, inspiration, and guidance, good leaders exhibit courage, passion, confidence, commitment, and ambition. This programme nurtures my strengths and talents and those of my students – coachees – mentees and employees and build them committed to achieve common goals.

Now I’m in a program that supports and promotes people to plan in their program approaches to climate change mitigation and adaptation, maybe another way to shake up entrepreneurship, to pay attention in their production methodology on environmental protection – to create added values for the preservation of nature

If you have a program concerning leadership and climate change, adaptation and mitigation, the link between the national adaptation plan and the contribution determined at the national level, I would like to deepen my knowledge but share the achievements and good practices from Madagascar

I would like my children to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful country – maybe to continue their higher studies and to discover still other themes which arouse the development of the Malagasy population, once they grow up.

Best Regards,
