Hello everyone, my name is Diana Vieyra and I’m from Veracruz, México.
I am a Jóvenes en Acción 2019 alumni and as a part of that program I stayed two weeks in Pensacola, Florida.
During this exchange I learned so many things, met amazing people, did so many fun activities and basically enjoyed every minute.
It has been almost two years since my visit and I can surely tell you that what I lived and experienced in my trip absolutely changed the way I saw the world, the people, everything.
Being hosted by an amazing couple for two weeks gave me a second family that I’ll forever keep in my heart and maintaining contact with them is something that still lightens up my days.
Jóvenes en Acción gave me the blessing of having friends all across de world and Pensacola isn’t the exception.
All of this and more made my perfect summer that now became a perfect memory that I’ll forever treasure and I am eternally grateful for everyone and everything that made it possible.
